WHY WORK WITH ME
Over 15 years, I’ve seen the pattern: companies buy the right solution but fail because they didn't prepare their people for change. I understand what it takes for teams to actually adopt new processes, tools, and ways of working.
I work backwards from outcomes and KPIs, not forwards from technology. Most advisors start with “what tool should we buy?” I start with “what business outcome are we trying to achieve and how will we measure success?” We define clear KPIs, assess readiness, build the adoption plan, and then decide on technology.
I've been on both sides of the table 13 years at a high-growth tech consultancy (top 1% rep, $6M+ ARR), then Head of Sales at an AI consultancy. I know what vendors won’t tell you and why implementations fail. It’s whether the solution fits your business and your team can adopt it.
FAQs

You get a clear decision point in 2-4 weeks, not months. Week 1 is assessment (stakeholder interviews, process baseline, adoption risks). Week 2-3 we build the plan with specific KPIs and success metrics. Week 4 is your decision workshop where you get a go/no-go recommendation you can defend to your board. No extra tools unless proven necessary.

Yes. The default is to make the stack you already have pay for itself (wherever possible). I audit what you're using, identify where adoption is failing, and build enablement plans to get value from your existing tools. We only recommend new technology when there's a clear gap AND a solid adoption plan.

Stakeholder interviews with 5-8 key people across sales, operations, and leadership. We baseline your current processes and data, map adoption risks, and draft initial success metrics. You'll see a summary at the end of week one showing what we found and where we're headed.
